Bruker AVIIIHD-800 (Georgia Tech)

800 MHz four channel NMR spectrometer

Bruker AVIIIHD-800 (Georgia Tech)
Bruker AVIIIHD-800 (Georgia Tech)
Available Probes:
Ultra-high sensitivity 3 mm TCI helium temperature cryoprobe. 1H observe with 15N and 13C decoupling. 13C observe with 1H and 15N decoupling, including 2H decoupling. The probe includes actively shielded Z gradients with automatic tuning and matching. Variable temperature from -40 to +80 °C is possible. Although this probe can run all types of standard 1H and 13C NMR samples, it is optimized for multi-dimensional biological samples.

800 MHz 5 mm broadband probe for 1H, 15N - 31P with actively shielded Z gradients and automatic tuning and matching. Variable temperature from -150 to +150 °C is possible.

The high sensitivity 3 mm probe requires a minimum of 160 microliters of solvent, while the 5 mm probe requires a minimum of 0.6 mL of solvent. The small volume of the 3 mm NMR tube is beneficial if you have only a very limited quantity of sample and need the greatest sensitivity.

Accessories:
Case 24 sample auto-sampler under the control of ICONNMR software.
BCU-1 temperature stabilization accessory.

Software:
Bruker topspin 3.5 pl5 including non-uniform sampling software.
This instrument is capable of running all 1D, 2D and 3D-nD NMR experiments.
